Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and inform us through email Escalier_official@outlook.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your given PayPal account.
Requirements:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to start your return (US only):
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Paypal payment account. You need to reach out us through Escalier_official@outlook.com
Once we received your requests and comfirm the return address (0-1 working days), you need to pack up the items in the original packaging, drop the parcel in any USPS facility or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once the return order has been made and dispatched, you should notice us through email with a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to your given PayPal account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again.
Then contact PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Escalier_official@outlook.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged ubnder certain circumstances please see Warranty Policy Page. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here Escalier_official@outlook.com.
We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and comfirmation of return&exchange address.
Once we dispatched your new item, we will notify you throiugh emails. For the new order processing and transit time please check Shipping & Delivery Policy Page.
Shipping Address For Return & Exchange:
In general, both return & exchange items are required to return to the specific address we require, if you are not sure about the address, please email us Escalier_official@outlook.com to double check.
Both return or exchanged orders needs to be placed through USPS facility, if you have any issues of finding a USPS facility or needs further help, please contact us Escalier_official@outlook.com.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for return orders.
But we are happy to offer free shipping services for exchange orders following our Shipping & Delivery Policy & Warranty Policy Page.
