What is covered：

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for 30 days from date-of-purchase.

Cover is only applicable to products when purchased new from our official website.

Cover is only applicable to the original owner and is not transferable.

 

Original packages of priducts are not present;

Damage caused by general use, wear and tear;

Damage due to third-party faults, e.g. Lost & Stolen ( please check Shipment & Delivery Policy Page);

Proof of purchase is not present;

The Warranty period has expired.

 

Terms & Conditions:

For issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults, we will only accept product replacement & exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase.

To claim on the warranty, customer must reach out us by 72 hours upon arrival of the product through email Escalier_official@outlook.com and and supply the followings:

Copy of their proof of purchase;

The pictures of the product and the defects;

Their addresses and contact details.

 

If warranty is applicable after our reviews, shipping costs of exchanging products with defects would be covered by us. Customers are responsible for giving a secure shipping address for product placement.

This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this limited warranty and all other provisions shall remain in effect.
